Please Visit & Subscribe my Youtube Channel : Keleedas Kobita Hatasake Tadano কোনও কিছু না পাওয়ার দুঃস্চিন্তায় হতাসা জন্ম নেয়। মনের মধ্যে যখন সে জাঁকিয়ে বসে মনের শক্তি ছিন্নভিন্ন করে দেয়। মন শক্তিহীন হয়ে পরলে শরীরেরও শক্তি কমে গেছে মনে হয়। নিজের আত্মাকে তখন মনকে বোঝাতে হবে। নিজেকে মন থেকে ওই হতাসাকে তাড়িয়ে ফলের আশা ত্যাগ করে এগোতে হবে। ক্রমে মন হতাসা মুক্ত হয়ে আবার নতুন উদ্যমে কাজ শুরু করবে।
