For those who strive to understand.

A dance of numbers, a delicate art,

Balancing insulin, a courageous heart.

On fingertips, a daily quest,

A journey endured, an endless test.

Families, warriors, hand in hand,

Facing challenges, a resilient band.

Education, advocacy, let’s ignite the flame,

Against this foe, we stake our claim.

In every heartbeat, a tale unfolds,

Of strength and courage, the story molds.

On this day, let compassion bloom,

In the face of Diabetes, we find room.

To raise our voice, to lend a hand,
