Cell Phone Addiction

In a world where screens glow bright,
We clutch our phones, day and night.
Boredom’s foe, our constant friend,
Cell phones wield a potent blend.
Anxiety whispers, depression creeps,
When from our grasp, our devices seep.
Irritability blooms, a toxic vine,
When separation draws a line.
Limitations fade, control slips away,
In the grip of addiction, we sway.
Danger lurks in every swipe,
Yet still we cling, gripped tight.
Relationships fray, connections lost,
In the digital sea, at great cost.
Sleep eludes, concentration wanes,
As we’re ensnared in digital chains.
Awareness dawns, a flicker of light,
Guiding us from perpetual night.
Notification settings, distractions cleared,
As healthier habits are revered.
Grayscale tones, a muted hue,
Reminding us of skies so blue.
Healthy sleep, a precious gift,
As we reclaim what we once did drift.
Utility over frivolity, purpose over sway,
In this digital dance, we find our way.
Apps deleted, webs explored,
As we break free from the phone’s allure.
Radiation’s grip, cognitive fog,
We break free from this digital bog.
Sleep restored, stress abates,
As we forge a path to brighter fates.
Eyes lifted from the glowing screen,
To the world beyond, once unseen.
Necks no longer bowed in pain,
As we step out from this digital chain.
Teenagers lost in the digital mire,
With phones as flames, burning higher.
Nomophobia’s grip, a fearful hold,
In this brave new world, so cold.
But amidst the chaos, there’s a call,
To break free from this digital thrall.
To find balance in the digital tide,
And reclaim our lives, with joy and pride.
